East Ayrshire Council say they're experiencing problems collecting bins this morning.
The local authority said that, due to adverse weather conditions, refuse collectors have been encountering issues in Hurlford and Darvel.
Officials say they'll provide an update later on if they don't manage to collect all bins.
A statement on East Ayrshire Council's Facebook page reads: "Due to this morning's adverse weather, we're currently experiencing problems with bin collections in the Hurlford area and towards Darvel (Irvine Valley area).
"Please bear with us and we'll provide an update later if we don't manage to complete all the collections."
