An earthquake, a landslide and a giant wave have all been predicted to happen in Ireland next year, according to an old Irish Almanac.
The extreme weather events are among a number of wild predictions for 2022 in the annual Old Moore’s Almanac, with a drought and a huge hit of snow also forecast to hit the country.
The historic fortune-telling Almanac has been making predictions for 258 years after it was founded by 'The Irish Merlin', Theophilus Moore, in 1764 and sells approximately 57,000 copies annually.
An annual almanac lists sets of current information, like weather forecasts, tide tables and eerie predictions for the future, with many prophecies seeming to come true.
Other predictions for 2022 include Conor McGregor venturing into politics, a second pandemic and the country’s housing prices rising even higher.

A female Taoiseach is also on the cards within the next three years, according to the Almanac, with the in-house psychic for the magazine writing: “She's gearing up, and getting her alliances in order.”
And for mixed martial artist McGregor’s estimated political debut the psychic wrote: “As for Conor McGregor, he will also enter politics delicately to test the waters and why not? He dresses the best out of any politician.
“He is far from embarrassing considering the alternatives.”
In sport, the Almanac has predicted that Dublin will win the All-Ireland Gaelic Football Final and take home the Sam McGuire, while Limerick will win gold in the hurling.
In rugby, France is predicted to win the Six Nations tournament and in tennis, Rafael Nadal and Naomi Osaka are predicted to win the men’s and women’s titles in the Australian Open next year.

In celeb world, actress Rebel Wilson, 41, will announce that she is pregnant in 2022 according to the psychic who accurately predicted a pregnancy announcement from actress Jennifer Lawrence last year.
But next year could bring marital woes to controversial royal couple Harry and Meghan.
“Harry wants to return to tradition and Meghan wants to embrace American values. It will be rocky roads all the way,” it wrote.
In the past, the almanac has been responsible for predicting several major world events from the coronavirus pandemic, a global recession and Donald Trump losing the White House.
However, it’s prophecies do not always come true. The almanac predicted that Mayo was set to win the All-Ireland final in 2021 but it was Tyrone who took home the Sam McGuire.
