Valued at a market cap of $26.3 billion, Veralto Corporation (VLTO) provides water analytics, water treatment, marking and coding, and packaging and color solutions. The Waltham, Massachusetts-based company focuses on essential technologies that safeguard water and product quality. It is scheduled to announce its fiscal Q3 earnings for 2025 on Wednesday, Oct. 22.
Ahead of this event, analysts expect this water treatment company to report a profit of $0.95 per share, up 6.7% from $0.89 per share in the year-ago quarter. The company has a promising trajectory of consistently beating Wall Street’s earnings estimates in each of the last four quarters. In Q2, VLTO’s EPS of $0.93 exceeded the forecasted figure by 4.5%.
For fiscal 2025, analysts expect VLTO to report a profit of $3.78 per share, up 6.8% from $3.54 per share in fiscal 2024. Furthermore, its EPS is expected to grow 9.8% year-over-year to $4.15 in fiscal 2026.

Additionally, on the earnings front, its adjusted EPS of $0.93 improved by an impressive 9.4% from the year-ago quarter, topping analyst estimates by 4.5%.
Wall Street analysts are moderately optimistic about VLTO’s stock, with a "Moderate Buy" rating overall. Among 18 analysts covering the stock, 10 recommend "Strong Buy," and eight indicate "Hold." The mean price target for Veralto is $116.62, indicating a 9.5% potential upside from the current levels.
