A LAMB born on a Scottish island has became a viral sensation on social media with almost one million views for her bent neck and adorable bad balance.
Born in Tiree, Wonky the lamb was squashed in the womb by her "enormous" older brother, affectionately nicknamed The Beast.
With her neck bent backwards and her balance all over the place, croft owner Rhoda Meek said "things didn’t look too hopeful".
Meek, who runs both the croft and local business Tiree Tea, as well as being a columnist for the Sunday National, was unsure if Wonky would be able to feed on her own or survive.
However, it quickly became clear that the young lamb had a zest for life.
Meek shared Wonky’s wobbly adventures on the Tiree Tea TikTok account, and things quickly snowballed.
“Wonky has become quite the superstar – she’s almost at 750,000 views on TikTok, and she's gaining followers by the thousand!” Meek said.
From a lamb who might not survive to a social media sensation, Meek said Wonky’s turnaround has been "nothing short of remarkable".

Not only is she now feeding independently, Meek is now feeling confident that Wonky will eventually “unwonk” as her neck strengthens – and in the meantime, she's already earned her place on the croft.
“She’s certainly doing her bit to put the Isle of Tiree, and the tea, on the map,” Meek said, adding: “It would be rude not to keep her!”
Fans have commented on Meek's videos, writing "I only followed for Wonky", and another said: "Can’t believe the size of her brother! You’ve got this Wonks!"
