Earn £50k a year by tracking down the UK's most Instagramable locations

Fancy making an awful lot of money for finding nice places to take photos? Well you're in luck.

Online photography marketplace,  Perfocal , has said it's recruiting for an ‘InstaScout’, and paying £50,000 a year for the role.

The job involves finding "the prettiest and most creative settings" in the UK (and sometimes beyond) for their photographers and customers to use in shoots.

Tony Xu, founder of Perfocal, said: “Everyone deserves beautiful photographs and with this new role we can help would-be influencers make their feeds look amazing.

"I cannot wait to see what locations our new scout finds, and how our photographers can best make use of them.”

The better news it photographic experience isn’t compulsory - although they add that the ideal candidate should have "an eye for detail, a flair for style and be able to tap into local knowledge to find hidden gems that aren’t well known".

You also need to be prepared to travel and spend time away from home looking for locations - although travel expenses are paid.

“We pride ourselves on both innovation and creativity. We feel that this job role is a perfect mix of the two. We want to hire someone who has these traits and who can help our photographers continue to create amazing images," Xu said.
