The composition of League One for next season was completed yesterday when Morecambe overcame Newport County in the League Two play-off final.
Carlos Mendes Gomes fired home from the penalty spot in extra time as the Shrimps won promotion to the third tier of English football for the first time in their history.
It followed the League One play-off final earlier in the bank holiday weekend when Blackpool confirmed their place back in the Championship with victory over Lincoln City.
The weekend of action at Wembley has set up a mouthwatering division next season which includes some huge clubs in the form of Bolton Wanderers, Sheffield Wednesday, Sunderland and Portsmouth to name a few.
It will be Ian Evatt's second season in charge of Wanderers and he will be seeking to compete at the top end of the division and challenge for a return to the Championship with Bolton.
Though kick-off is still a few months away, that has not stopped the bookmakers taking a look at which sides they think will be lifting the League One trophy by next May.
