Eamonn Holmes has said he is 'besotted' by his first grandchild in an adorable Instagram post.
The Belfast man announced back in July on This Morning that he is now a grandfather of a baby girl who weighed 7lbs 6oz.
In a new post, Eamonn said: "The Morning after the day before. My Grand daughter Emilia..... Queen of The Castle. Her Papa Eamonn besotted by her."
In a previous post, he said: "Emilia , my First Grandchild Christened today. Lovely family gathering including adoring parents Declan & Jenny.
Wife Ruth replied: "Wonderful day….so special to be there x x"
Back when he revealed the news that he was now a grandad, he shared a photo of his son Declan holding the new-born baby and said: "My first born son Declan with his first born and my first grandchild Emilia. Welcome to the world Emilia. Just call me Papa."
"What are you going to be?" Ruth asked her husband to find out what he wants to be called, adding "Gramps, granddad? Grumps we came up with, didn't we, but he wasn't too keen on that one."
Eamonn said: "It surprises people because they think, 'He's too young to be a grandfather' and already I've got people getting in touch with me about glamorous granddad competitions and that kind of thing."
