Eamonn Holmes was left shocked last week after finding out a popular TV actress called him 'dad' when she was younger.
Lauren Carse appeared on This Morning on Friday with Eamonn and Ruth to talk about her new role as Ellie Harding in the TV crime drama, Grantchester.
She confessed that as a little girl she often watched Eamonn Holmes as he reminded her of her own dad, who is also from Belfast.
Going to school in the morning she would often say goodbye to 'both' of her dads, saying: "you kind of looked like him as well, and it was the accent!"
