Eamonn Holmes downs Mojito live on air - and gets told off by Ruth Langsford

Eamonn Holmes got a telling off from wife Ruth Langsford today after he downed a Mojito live on air.

The This Morning presenters were trying out the best cocktails in a can in the wake of Dianne Abbott's train drinking scandal.

Before they had the takeaway tipples, Ruth warned her husband that they needed someone on "standby" as Eamonn doesn't normally drink.

Alice Beer gave the pair the £2 Marks and Spencers mojito to try, which went down very well with Eamonn.

The presenter stated off slowly then tipped his head back and started to chug the beverage live on air.
