Eamonn Holmes has spoken about the friendly nature of people from Northern Ireland.
On Friday's episode of This Morning, Eamonn and his wife and co-presenter, Ruth Langsford, were taking responses on things that annoy viewers.
Responses included partners not cleaning up after themselves, and people who insist on reversing into a car parking spot that their car won't fit into.
One viewer wrote in to say their biggest pet peeve was when people don't say thank you after you've held a door open for them.
"So many people do that," Ruth responded.
But the Belfast man added something like that would rarely happen in Northern Ireland.
He said: "I think there's so many weird people in the world. Being from Northern Ireland, we just say 'hello', 'thank you', 'what about you', 'how you keeping' to everyone - we just talk to people.
"Then people will say to you 'do you actually know that person?' and you'll say no, you don't have to know that person, you just speak to them, that's what you do."
To this, Ruth agreed: "That's true really noticeable when I go to Northern Ireland, everyone chats in the shops, everyone's friendly."
"We're all friendly, we just hate each other, we love everybody else," Eamonn joked.
Eamonn and Ruth are currently presenting This Morning five days a week to cover Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby during the summer break.
Last week on the show, the pair made the exciting news that Eamonn has become a grandfather for the first time, after his son Declan and wife Jenny had a baby girl they named Emelia.
