Eamonn Holmes has posted a heartwarming video on his Instagram page showing the true meaning of love, between a man and his dog.
The Belfast broadcaster's beloved rescue dog Maggie is a regular feature on the star's social media account and it's pretty easy to see the love between the pair is mutual.
Sharing an adorable video of himself and Maggie in the car after a walk, Eamonn posted: "All any of us needs is Love .... Whereever it comes from I hope there is some in your life xxx"
Adopted by Eamonn and wife Ruth, Maggie can be seen in the video smothering Eamonn with kisses to the side of his face as he says: "Aw that dog loves me, thank you Maggie." Before breaking into a rendition of All You Need is love.
The cute post had fans swooning with many commenting on the love between a dog and its owner, one said: "Nothing beats love from a dog."
Another added: "Aw bless her.. unconditional love ..its pawfect!"
Fans were also quick to share their love for the TV host with many commenting how they couldn't wait to see Eamonn and Ruth return to This Morning in Februrary.
There was outrage earlier this month amongst many of the popular duo's fans after they were replaced on the Friday slot of This Morning by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary.
One fan said: "Maggie loves you Eamonn and we all love Maggie. Hope you and Ruth had a great Xmas and we look forward to seeing you in February on This Morning. Our favourite funny and professional presenters..."
