Eamon Dunphy has revealed he relies on aerobic exercises and a positive outlook to keep him "feeling young".
The 74-year-old presenter was once known for his love of partying but these days he says that's all in the past.
And he's now a fan of clean living, with daily sessions on his exercise bike mixed with aerobics.
The outspoken pundit said: "I do a workout for about a half an hour a day on a bike and I do aerobics from time to time, so I keep myself fit.
“I think it’s important to do that. I set goals for my work, very much so, nothing in that regard has changed.”

And although he may be a septuagenarian now, Dunphy told how he mentally still feels like a teenager.
He maintains a positive outlook when it comes to growing older.
Dunphy told Woman's Way magazine:“I think I’m kind of young at heart and mentally I still feel 16, so I haven’t changed that much.
“I’m still young in a lot of my outlooks, I like new things.
“I’m fortunate in many ways that I still retain the energy and optimism to do as I do, so how people regard me has never mattered too much.”
He added: “I think you have a lot of life experience [over 50].
"You’ve made a lot of mistakes which you learn from and there are some mistakes that you made you won’t make again but there are new ones to make as well!
“You know more than you ever did before and it’s a happy time in life. It’s a great time in your life.”
