Eagles worked out six players ahead of Week 3 matchup vs. Buccaneers

The Eagles are always looking to add talent to the roster and the team worked out six players ahead of Monday night’s matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Philadelphia hosted veteran cornerback William Jackson III along with tight end E.J. Jenkins, running back John Kelly, running back Bryant Koback, linebacker Isaiah Moore and linebacker Elerson Smith.

An undrafted free agent out of South Carolina, Jenkins caught two passes for 18 yards in his NFL preseason debut against the Cleveland Browns and then caught one pass for five yards in a matchup with the Carolina Panthers.

The Browns cut Kelly at the end of the preseason, opting to keep Jerome Ford and Pierre Strong as backups to Nick Chubb, cutting Kelly and Demetric Felton.
