The Philadelphia Eagles decided against claiming Josh Gordon off of waivers and now they’ll deal with the talented wide receiver when they face the Seattle Seahawks in a huge Week 12 matchup at Lincoln Financial Field.
The Patriots parted ways with the talented but often troubled wide receiver, releasing him from injured reserve while allowing him the opportunity to join another organization.
Since the Patriots released Gordon after the trade deadline to keep him off the roster of a potential playoff team, he was subjected to passing through waivers and would only become a free agent if he went unclaimed.
Now matched with Russell Wilson, Gordon could provide the Seahawks another explosive weapon to pair with Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf on the outside.
