Eagles waive DB Mercy Maston

The Philadelphia Eagles have made a roster move, waiving cornerback, Mercy Maston per the teams official Twitter page.

Maston was signed to a futures deal shortly after the 2018 season ended. The former CFL defensive back played two seasons for the Edmonton Eskimos, who released him to pursue the chance with the Eagles. With Edmonton, Maston recorded 57 tackles and two interceptions in 19 games.

The 26-year-old originally signed with Edmonton after starting 25 games at Boise State.
