Eagles vs. Cowboys Injury Update: Dak Prescott expected to play despite limited participation at practice

The Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys will meet on Sunday with the injury misfortunes now being a concern for the visitors. Carson Wentz’s injury isn’t the discussion this time, with Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott being the player with concerns.

ESPN”s Ed Werder is reporting that Prescott is unlikely to get in any significant work at practice this week, but he’s expected to play.

Prescott suffered a sprained right shoulder during a 7-yard run in the first quarter of last week’s win against the Los Angeles Rams. Prescott attempted to elude Clay Matthews, as the Rams pass rusher landed awkwardly on the quarterback.

With Prescott limited, look for the Cowboys to lean on Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard, as the Dallas running back duo combined for 263 yards against LA.
