The Eagles and Cardinals are set for an intriguing Sunday matchup at Lincoln Financial Field, and Jonathan Gannon’s team will have Kyler Murray under center.

The team also placed veteran wide receiver Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown on injured reserve after an injury plagued season.
Marquise Brown injured reserve
Brown, who is scheduled to be a free agent in March, finished the season with 51 catches for 574 yards and four scores, and will still be the team’s second-leading pass catcher (behind tight end Trey McBride) despite missing most of the season.
Kyler Murray returns
Murray had been out Wednesday and Thursday, although Gannon said the QB went through all the mental reps on Thursday and Gannon said he isn’t concerned about Murray’s preparedness for the Eagles on Sunday.
Sunday’s game between the Cardinals and Eagles will be the third meeting between Arizona QB Kyler Murray and Philadelphia QB Jalen Hurts.
Both former Oklahoma signal-callers, Murray and Hurts fi rst faced each other in Week 15 of 2020
when Murray led the Cardinals to a 33-26 victory in Hurts’ second NFL start. The game was a shootout in which the two combined for 836 total yards and 8 TDs.
Most recently, they faced each other in Week 5 last season when the Eagles earned a 20-17 win at State Farm Stadium.
