The Philadelphia Eagles and NFC East rival Dallas Cowboys are swapping picks, as the Eagles have traded pick No. 146 overall in exchange for pick No. 164 this year and a 2021 fifth-round pick.
With the last pick in the fourth round, the Cowboys drafted Wisconsin center Tyler Biadasz, who will look to replace center Travis Frederick, who just retired.
