Eagles TE Dallas Goedert sucker punched in South Dakota restaurant

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert is healthy and resting after being sucker-punched by an unknown assailant during a family dinner Mike Kaye of NJ.com is reporting.

Per source, #Eagles TE Dallas Goedert was with family at a restaurant last night and was sucker punched unprovoked. He was taken to the hospital for evaluation and is fine.

The Eagles star was taken to the hospital for a precautionary measure but uninjured. Goedert, 25, finished last season with 58 catches for 607 receiving yards and 5 touchdowns.
