The Philadelphia Eagles have added a familiar name to the receiving corps, as Scott Casterline of TSPortsAgency is reporting that Greg Ward will sign a deal with the Birds.
Playing mostly out of the slot for San Antonio of the AAF, Ward caught 16 passes for 153 yards in just six games. Ward was also been one of the best return men in the AAF as well.
Ward, a former college quarterback, was cut by the Eagles after training camp last year.
