Eagles’ sign LB Alex Singleton to the practice squad

Alex Singleton chose the Philadelphia Eagles practice squad and the opportunity for advancement, over returning to the CFL. The talented and aggressive linebacker is staying with the Eagles.

Singleton was one of the final cuts on Saturday, after a strong preseason performance. Singleton could see playing time if Nate Gerry or Zach Brown suffers and injury with Nigel Bradham and Kamu-Grugier-Hill both out.
