Eagles sign DB AJ Howard to the practice squad

The Philadelphia Eagles completed a transaction on Tuesday, signing free agent safety A.J. Howard to their practice squad, according to the NFL’s official transaction wire. The Eagles then waived practice squad tight end, Scott Orndoff.

A former undrafted rookie, Howard spent time with Baltimore this season and was formerly a member of the New England Patriots.
