During the 2015 NFL offseason, Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson was looking for a way to get in the best shape of his life.
Johnson made the trek to Hollywood, where he began training at MMA Athletics with Randy Couture and Jay Glazer. Those initial workouts left Johnson exhausted and puking, but the trip has now become an annual tradition.
Glazer, Fox Sports’ highly successful NFL insider, now runs Unbreakable Performance, a training center that features MMA and unconventional training methods.
Fourth months after his late-November ankle surgery, Johnson is back with Glazer, looking lean, strong and agile.
Johnson was joined by his new Eagles teammate, linebacker Eric Wilson, as well.
