Eagles RT Lane Johnson carted off vs. Patriots after suffering head injury

The Eagles will likely finish the ball game against New England without star right tackle Lane Johnson after he was forced to leave the game with a head injury.

Johnso was replaced by Halapoulivaati Vaitai as the Eagles lead the Patriots, 10-3, with 6:30 remaining in the first half.
