Eagles RB Miles Sanders working hard in preparation for an “MVP” year

Miles Sanders has never lacked confidence and that can probably explain his choice to attend Penn State despite the presence of one Saquon Barkley.

After a rookie season that saw Sanders improves leaps and bounds on a weekly basis, he’s looking to take it up another notch.

While working out on Wednesday, Sanders looked stronger, more explosive and he definitely wasn’t lacking for confidence as he talked about landing the NFL MVP award this season.

Sanders led the Eagles in rushing as a rookie, racking up 818 rushing yards with three TDs on 179 total carries. Sanders did his best work down the stretch in the passing game.

The Eagles rookie had 50 receptions for 509 yards and another three scores while leading the Birds in explosive plays.

After making the MVP statement, Sanders took to social media to explain his feelings and make it clear he won’t apologize.

Sanders made it clear that he’s looking for an increased workload this season and he’s working to carry the team.
