Eagles RB Miles Sanders leaves game vs. Bills with shoulder injury

Miles Sanders is having a career day against the Buffalo Bills, but the physical contest is taking a toll on both Philadelphia’s running backs. Sanders and Jordan Howard have both been banged up in the contest, with the Eagles rookie running back leaving the game with an injury.

Reuben Frank of NBC Sports has confirmed that it was a shoulder injury.

Before exiting the ballgame, Sanders had three carries for 74 yards and one rushing touchdown. As a pass-catcher, Sanders has three catches for 44 yards against the Bills stout defense.

Boston Scott entered the game for Sanders and scored his first touchdown as a pro.
