The Philadelphia Eagles just took the lead in San Francisco on this pretty dime from Carson Wentz to practice squad call up, Travis Fulgham.

Travis Fulgham was promoted from the Eagles practice squad to the active roster yesterday.

Tonight he caught this 42-yard touchdown on Sunday Night Football.
