Eagles promote WR Deontay Burnett from the practice squad to the active roster

Looking to add more depth to the wide receiver position in the season finale, the Eagles have promoted Deontay Burnett up to the active roster from the practice squad.

Burnett signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent on May 11, 2018, and has previously spent time on the Jets and 49ers practice squad.

Burnett was signed to the Philadelphia Eagles’ practice squad two weeks ago.
