This won’t be the first move the Eagles make before Sundays home contest against the Detroit Lions. Ellis saw playing time in the season opening win over the Redskins before being waived and re-signing to the practice squad.
Goedert didn’t play in Atlanta after hurting his calf during pregame warmups.
