Eagles promote Phillip Daniels to DL coach

The Philadelphia Eagles continue to promote from within and have named Phillip Daniels, formerly defensive quality control/assistant defensive line coach, their new defensive line coach, Jeff McLane of Philly.com is reporting.

Daniel’s, who played 14 years in the NFL for the Bears, Seahawks, and Redskins. replaces Chris Wilson, whose contract wasn’t renewed.

Carson Walch, formerly assistant wide receivers coach, replaced Gunter Brewer as wide receivers coach, as well.
