Eagles promote CB Craig James from the practice squad to active roster

The Philadelphia Eagles have made an addition to the active roster in the secondary, promoting cornerback Craig James, from the practice squad.

James played collegiately at Southern Illinois and was signed by the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 2018. James was cut by the Vikings at the end of the preseason and re-signed to the Vikings’ practice squad that October. James appeared in three games during his rookie season, exclusively on special teams.
