Eagles predicted to have double digit wins in 2019 by Sports Illustrated

On Sunday, another big named media outlet tried their hand at forecasting the schedule for all 32 teams and once again, the Philadelphia Eagles were held in high regard. Using a formula based off hope and prior metrics, Sports Illustrated’s Conor Orr came in with predictions for all 16 regular games and when it came to the NFC East, the Eagles were king finishing with 11 wins.

EAGLES: 11–5*

At first glance, their schedule is a little brutal. Trips to Minnesota, Green Bay, and Atlanta in the first six weeks is foreboding, but I’ll stick with my same thought from earlier in the offseason: This is one of the best quarterback complementary depth charts in the NFL, especially at running back.

Rounding out the NFC East, the Cowboys came in second in the division with a hypothetical 8-8 record, followed by the Giants at 6-10 and the lowly Washington Redskins predicted to finish 5-11.
