Eagles open as two-touchdown favorites over the Jets in Week 5 matchup

The Philadelphia Eagles played like the team that many had pegged as Super Bowl favorites on Thursday, traveling into Lambeau Field and defeating the Packers on the road. The Win was much needed, and after a home game against the Jets, the Birds will be on the road for almost a month.

The Eagles are two-touchdown favorites for their Week 5 matchup against the New York Jets at Lincoln Financial Field and may have the second-largest spread for the week behind the New England Patriots’ 14.5 number against the Washington Redskins according to BetMGM.

The Jets are 0-3 and had been outscored 53-17 before their bye week, including a 30-14 loss to the Patriots in Week 3. The Jets are likely to be without quarterback Sam Darnold, who has been sidelined since Week 2 with mononucleosis.
