Eagles new head coach Nick Sirianni will be the offensive play-caller

Nick Sirianni will be introduced to the media on Friday, but he’s already putting his stamp on the organization.

During a sitdown with Eagles Insider, Dave Spadaro, Sirianni was confident when confirming that he’ll call plays for the Eagles offense despite hiring Shane Steichen as offensive coordinator.

It’ll be a topic of conversation for Sirianni and the Eagles media for the next several months, especially since the rookie head coach has never called plays.

Sirianni also confirmed that he’ll be very hands-on with both quarterbacks Carson Wentz and Jalen hurts.

Sirianni gave high praise to both players and it sounded as if Wentz and Hurts will both be on the roster this season.
