Eagles must trade up if they want Henry Ruggs III after his electric performance at NFL Combine

The Philadelphia Eagles have a burning need for speed and after Henry Ruggs III’s electric performance at the NFL Scouting Combine on Thursday night.

Ruggs III blazed a blistering 4.28 40-yard dash on his first attempt at Lucas Oil Field, further cementing his status as a legit top-10 talent.
