Eagles’ Miles Sanders rips decision to replace Jalen Hurts

The Philadelphia Eagles’ season is over. The controversy over their last game is far from done.

The NFL is still buzzing over Doug Pederson’s decision to replace Jalen Hurts with the game on the line against Washington on Sunday.

Nate Sudfeld came into the close contest and was overmatched to say the least.

Now, running back Miles Sanders says the team was bewildered and unhappy with the choice to replace Hurts with a quarterback who had not seen the field in a regular-season game since 2018.

And according to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Sanders isn’t the only one who was disgusted.

The loss enhanced Philadelphia’s draft position from No. 9 with a victory to No. 6.
