Eagles LB Alex Singleton pledges donation for every tackle made this season to the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania

Alex Singleton is back with the Philadelphia Eagles after making the team’s 53 man roster and the special teams ace and talented linebacker will be playing for a special cause during the 2020 NFL season.

Singleton took to social media moments ago to announce that he will be making a pledge to donate money to the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania and he’s inviting fans to participate as well.

I’m honored and excited to invite fans and supporters to join me in helping to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendships with their families, competitors and the community. I will be working and playing hard on the field to support the Special Olympics with every tackle.

Each of Singleton’s tackles will be worth $10 in pledge donations and there’s a meter on the Pledegit.org page to help track donations and activity.
