Eagles injury report: Alshon Jeffery trending toward playing vs. Packers

The Philadelphia Eagles released another injury report on Tuesday, and star wide receiver Alshon Jeffery now appears to be trending towards facing the Green Bay Packers on a short week.

Jeffery was limited to six snaps against the Falcons and missed all of the Eagles home loss to the visiting Detroit Lions on Sunday. Eagles head coach Doug Pederson said he expects Jeffery, along with tight end Dallas Goedert (calf), to play against the Packers.
