The Eagles released their list of inactive players for today’s matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, and J.J. Arcega-Whiteside is a healthy scratch.

Arcega-Whiteside was active against the Saints but did not play and Sunday will mark the sixth game in a row that he will not play in.

Hightower started four games this season but is a healthy scratch for the second week in a row.
