Eagles hire Colts assistant Kevin Patullo to position of passing game coordinator

The Press Taylor era in Philadelphia appears to be over, as the Eagles and head coach Nick Sirianni, have named Kevin Patullo to the position of passing game coordinator on offense.

Patullo just finished his third season with the Colts and his first as a pass-game specialist. He has 15 years of coaching experience, including 10 seasons in the NFL.

Patullo served as wide receivers coach for Indianapolis the last two seasons (2018-19) and spent time with the Jets as the team’s quarterbacks coach.

It’s ironic because the Colts made a new position for Patullo on the staff after they hired Mike Groh, who’d been fired by the Eagles last offseason.

Patullo has a deep background with RPO concepts and the Colts really liked him because he brings a modern and creative take with the passing game.
