Doug Pederson just addressed the media during his Friday afternoon zoom conference and the Eagles head coach confirmed that Lane Johnson is, in fact, dealing with an MCL sprain on top of his surgically repaired ankle.
With 10 days until a matchup with the Dallas Cowboys, Pederson says Johnson will be listed as day to day with the injury.

There was some discussion about resting Johnson before the Giants game because of the lingering ankle problems that caused the Eagles star right tackle to miss or leave games over the past three weeks.
