The Philadelphia Eagles are a wounded team right now and have so many players battling various injuries that the team to decided to have a light walkthrough on Wednesday in preparation for the Detroit Lions on Sunday. The Birds didn’t practice on Wednesday, but did issue their first official injury report in advance of their Week 3 game against Detroit.
Thirteen players appeared on the report, with the only good detail being that Kamu Grugier-Hill is ready to return to the lineup.
Corey Clement, Dallas Goedert, DeSean Jackson, Alshon Jeffery, Timmy Jernigan, and Jordan Mailata all missed practice and will likely not play on Sunday as well.
Derek Barnett, Fletcher Cox, Johnathan Cyprien, Rudy Ford, Nathan Gerry, and Kamu Grugier-Hill were limited participants.
