Eagles free-agent LB Jordan Hicks agrees to 4-year, $36M deal with Cardinals

The Jordan Hicks era in Philadelphia is over. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network is reporting that the Cardinals have agreed to four-year deal with Hicks.

According to Rapoport, the four-year deal is worth $36 million total, with $20 million guaranteed. Hicks also got a $12 million signing bonus.

Hicks started off the season well, playing every snap in the Eagles’ first nine games. But in the fourth quarter of Philadelphia’s 48-7 loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 11, Hicks suffered a calf injury that caused him to miss four games and put into question his standing with the Eagles after only playing just 43 of a possible 64 career games.

Hicks had 91 total tackles on the season, five tackles for loss and three sacks.
