Eagles DT Fletcher Cox expected to be ready for training camp after foot surgery

The Philadelphia Eagles are likely to draft youth and depth at the defensive tackle position during the 2019 NFL Draft, and the that’s important because the teams biggest star on that side of the ball could use fewer reps during the regular season.

Tim McManus of ESPN.com is reporting that All-Pro defensive tackle, Fletcher Cox, is recovering from offseason foot surgery.

Cox was injured during the divisional round loss to the New Orleans Saints, in which he was forced to leave the ballgame multiple times for treatment.
