Eagles decline to pick up Stefen Wisniewski’s option making him a free agent

The Philadelphia Eagles are securing the future of their offensive line, and Stefen Wisniewski won’t be a part of it after the Birds decline to pick up his option.

The Eagles have signed center Jason Kelce, left guard Isaac Seumalo and left tackle Jason Peters to new contracts this in the past few days, and now they’ll part ways with another.

Wisniewski spent the last three seasons with the Eagles, starting multiple games each season at center and guard. Garafolo reported that the Jets would be interested in him if the Eagles declined the option.
