Eagles claim Marcus Epps off waivers from Vikings

The Philadelphia Eagles and Minnesota Vikings have engaged in a post-trade deadline swap of sorts. On Tuesday, the Eagles waived safety Andrew Sendejo. The Vikings immediately claimed their former safety and waived rookie Marcus Epps.

On Thursday, the Eagles claimed the rookie Epps off waivers.

Epps was drafted by the Vikings in the sixth round, 191st overall, of the 2019 NFL Draft. In limited action with Minnesota, Epps has played 76 special teams snaps this year and 12 on defense.
