The Philadelphia Eagles have made a roster move to end this first Friday of training camp, claiming cornerback Alex Brown off Waivers from the San Francisco 49ers.
Brown signed with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent out of South Carolina State.
Brown will join an Eagles cornerback room that’s missing Ronald Darby and Jalen Mills because of injury rehab. Cre’Von LeBlanc absence is another conversation. Rasul Douglas, Avonte Maddox, and Sidney Jones have assumed the starting cornerback roles.
