Eagles CB Darius Slay avoids serious knee injury after MRI

Darius Slay left Sunday’s game against the Packers with a knee injury, but a Monday MRI revealed no serious damage according to a report from Ian Rapoport.

Slay entered Sunday questionable with a calf injury but started and shadowed Packers star Davante Adams for the bulk of the contest.

Adams finished with 10 catches for 121 yards, and Slay was forced to leave the game with a knee injury.

Rookie Michael Jacquet played cornerback in Slay’s place.
