Eagles CB Cre’Von LeBlanc to miss several weeks with foot sprain

Cre’Von LeBlanc was spotted on Saturday morning in a walking boot during Eagles practice and now according to Ian Rapoport, the Birds cornerback will miss some time with a foot sprain. LeBlanc has missed two straight training camp practice with a mysterious foot injury, but it wasn’t deemed that serious according to Jeff McLane of The Inquirer.

Eagles CB Cre'von LeBlanc is out for the next several weeks while he deals with a foot sprain, source said. He was spotted in a boot today. No surgery required, so being ready for the start of the season is expected. This is one reason for the Orlando Scandrick interest.

With LeBlanc, Ronald Darby and Jalen Mills all currently out, the Eagles signed Alex Brown off waivers from the 49ers and had Orlando Scandrick in for a workout on Saturday morning.
