Eagles CB Avonte Maddox expected to miss few weeks with a neck sprain

The news is in for Avonte Maddox and it appears that he’ll miss a few weeks with a neck sprain according to NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport.

#Eagles CB Avonte Maddox was diagnosed with a neck sprain, source said. He’s considered week-to-week, so he likely misses a few games. This stemmed from the friendly fire hit on Thursday night against the #Packers.

Maddox had to be stretchered off and taken to the hospital after taking a hit from teammate Andrew Sendejo while making a tackle in Thursday’s win over the Green Bay Packers.
